I'll let the winners choose which one they want base on the order their names were drawn. To enter for you chance to win my Blog Candy click Here

I will be splitting all of this between three lucky people to be drawn on August 4th.

My girls are so funny!!

So my girls, Rhalynn and Clara, are just so cute sometimes.

For the past week or so a bunny has been hanging out in our back yard.
Anyways the girls have decided that its a she and her name is Sally. Clara asks every morning if Sally is in the yard, so we have to go check. Sometimes she there and sometimes not, but Clara just loves to check on her. She's is even making up stories about her. Yesterday she tells me "Sally misses her Daddy." So I ask why and she replies "cause hes at work far away." Thats what we said when their Daddy was deployed. He just returned and they are living it up.
Some pics of our dear Sally.

Thanks for stopping by. Tomorrow I'll post a project.

We are off to a good start.

Today was a busy day. Not that I had any intention of it being that way. I had planned on getting my hair cut and then heading to Columbus so I could go to Archivers. However my plans changed when the Hubby and girls decided that they wanted to go out too. I did get my hair cut but I didn't make it to Columbus.
Instead we looked at a thousand desks. Our computer is sitting on our old dinning room table and takes up to much room. Then we headed to base to the library. The girls love going and I just love anywhere that has books. We enjoyed ourselves for nearly an hour (the girls started to get antsy, I could stay forever.) So instead of heading to Columbus I stayed here and played Dora Chutes and Ladders with Rhalynn while Clara slept.

Maybe I'll get to go this weekend. I think thats what I say every time I try to go.

Anyways one of my first projects......

This is on my living room wall. It's actually the very first thing I ever cut with my Cricut back in November 2008. The tall letters are about 5 1/2 in tall. I'm actually thinking about taking the flowers off and using some sort of flourish. I really love it and I've been thinking about doing one for the master bedroom.

Thanks for stopping by.

Here we go!!

So here it is, my very first post on my very first blog.

I've been working on a number of things lately which I'll get finished someday. The number one on my list was invites for a BBQ. We usually do them every year in May but Anthony was deployed so I decided that we would do it before school started.

Anyways to the good part......

This is the invite. Does it look like an apron to you? I thought it turned out fairly well. I welded some shapes together in the Cricut Design Studio to get it. I believe the "your invited" is from Beyond Birthdays and the cute little chick is a stamp I got at a LSS. It's from the Stampendous Calendar Chicks collection. I'm not a big stamper but I just had to have it.

To get the party info you just pull the tag out by the ribbon and there it is. The tag is from Tags, Bags, Boxes and More. The white pocket was also a tag from TBBM, I just worked it into pocket form using the DS. The party info is computer generated in MSword. I have to make a couple of little tags to go in the chick pocket. One will say BYOB and the other will have RSVP info on it.

Thanks for stopping by!! Leave a comment, I can't wait to get my first one!!
