Good morning!

Just a quick post today.  Clara and I are heading out to do a little shopping today.

I made this for Rhalynn's teacher Mrs. Hawkins.  She has been a fantastic teacher and Rhalynn loves her.  Sorry the pic is wonky.  I'm not really sure how that happened.  I'll be back tomorrow with the matching card I made to go with this.

Have a Glee-tastic Tuesday!

100th Post!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know I've been MIA for the last two weeks and I'm sorry about that.  I didn't do much crafting the week before last so I didn't have anything to post and last week a stomach bug made the rounds in our house (it liked me so much I got it twice).  But everyone is feeling better and everything has been cleaned and scrubbed.

I did get some crafting done inbetween being sick.

Rhalynn had her last soccer game yesterday (boy am I glad).  She actually played this game (I bribed her so I could get pics).  I made these little 3x3 cards for her to give to her teammates.  I put each players numbers on the front to make them a little more personal.  Of course the soccer ball was done on my Expression from the Sports Mania cart on Core'dinations White Wash Flower box paper (which matched their shirts perfectly).  I sanded it just a little bit to get a distressed look.  The numbers were done with the Inkadinkado Jersey Number stamp set that I got at M's on clearance.
The Association that we play soccer in doesn't take pictures during the spring season (which I find totally stupid) so I volunteered to take team pictures.  How could I not?  I needed pictures for scrapbook pages!  So I wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to Rachel for letting me borrow her fantastic camera.  You rock Rach!!!!
Here's my girl before the game.  She loves picture time however I couldn't get her to give me a smile.

I just wanted to show you a couple more photos of my girls playing.  This was usually the way things went when she got on the field.
Getting ready as the ball gets closer to her.
I think this was the only time she actually ever got to kick the ball.  It was a proud Mom momment for me.  She even kicked it to her own teammate!
But then when the ball got past her the next time the Drama Queen appeared!
All and all we had a good season.

Thanks for indulging me!

Monday again!

I made this card for my sister, Heather, for Mother's Day but somehow didn't get it posted on here.  I'm working on some big projects right now.  Soccer season is coming to an end on the 22nd (thank goodness), Rhalynn has only two weeks of school left so that means Kindergarten Graduation on the 26th and of course Rhalynn's birthday on the 29th.  I haven't even started planning her party.  I'm so far behind!!!!!!!!!  I hope to be ableto show you the gifts I'm making for the soccer team soon.

Everyone have a wonderful Monday!!

Thank you card.

Real quick post today because Anthony is home so I'm going to talk him into taking Clara and I shopping and maybe out to lunch.  First I want to say that while Glee was a little odd last night I LOVED the music.  Rachel's "Total Eclipse of The Heart" was fantastic.  I love that song!!!

I wanted to make something different for Rhalynn's teacher for Teacher Appriciation Week.  I wanted something elegent (or as close as I can get).  I used the same color combo I've been using all week.  I've just about used all the scraps that have been on my desk.  The DP is from Me & My Big Ideas.  The blue CS is Core'dinations, and the red and black CS is PTI.  The Thank you stamp is from Inkadinkado which I cut out using my Nestie small circle and shadowed that with my nestie small scalloped circle.  I followed this weeks Sketch Saturday Challenge.  Boy do I love sketches and Sketch Saturday has some great ones.

Have a wonderful Wednesday.  Since its beautiful and sunny here I'm going to live it up today.

You are the best!

Just a simple little card using The Greeting Farms Stella.  Isn't she just the cutest ever.  I'm kind of stuck on these colors though.  Mostly because they are on my desk at the moment.  All the CS is PTI.  The sentiment is from a Studio G set.  The buttons are Fancy pants and I got the cute flowers from the $1 Spot at Target.  I followed The Sweet Stop sketch #54.  I'm also entering it into the Fab 'n' Funky Challege no DP.

Glee tonight!!  I'm looking forward to hanging out with my Hubby and watching it.  He doesn't actually watch it but since his computer is and the TV are in the same room I think of it as hanging out.

Everyone have a Glee-tastic Tuesday!

Another Stamping Bella card

Happy Monday morning to you!

I'm going to make this quick because I'm doing the ever growing piles of laundry and cleaning the house.  We had a busy weekend so nothing really got done.  I did get a chance to work on some cards so I should have something to post everyday this week.

So I used another Stamping Bella that Rach stamp for me.  I think she may be my favorite.  My DP is from Me and My BIG Ideas (I'm pretty sure I got it at Joann's)  I layered red, black and white CS from PTI.  The flowers are from Prima.  The cute stick pins are from Fancy Pants Designs With Love line.  I used last weeks Tuesday Morning Sketches but apparently I should have posted this last night since the deadline for the TMS is Sunday night.  However I will be entering it into Charisma Cardz Girly with flowers challenge.

Have a wonderful Monday and I'll see you back here tomorrow.
